Using a soft bristle brush is essential for the tooth sensitivity that Invisalign may cause. Especially if you have to get parts of your teeth shaved, brushing with a soft brush will ease that pain.

Invisalign can get stinky real quick. I soak my trays with one of these tablets daily while I eat dinner. It helps to keep everything nice and crisp.

It is best to use Sensodyne or a gentler toothpaste if you have sensitive teeth. I like this one because it has that whitening aspect to it.

As a certified germaphobe on the go, I DO NOT like to put my fingers in my mouth to remove my trays. I keep this tool in my case and just discretely remove my trays when I need to eat.

I change my trays every 2 weeks and I always preemptively take a Tylenol for the pain. The first few days are usually tight so a pain reliever can help combat this.
