These are the items I always keep in my shower. Whether I'm taking a body shower or an everything shower, these are the products I love to use.
This is the absolute best shower gel. It cleanses and moisturizes at the same time. It leaves my skin looking and feeling amazing.
Atoderm Shower Oil | Ultra-nourishing, cleansing oil, for dry skin
I like to use these loofahs in the shower. They are nice because they are easy to clean unlike a traditional loofah.
Silicone Loofah
I love all Kerastase products, but this is my go-to shampoo. I have been using it for year on my fine hair. It also smells amazing!
Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo for Oily Hair
I opt for this hair mask over any conditioners. Apply it from mids to ends and let it sit for a few minutes. I usually pair it with the Kerastase Genesis shampoo.
Elixir Ultime Le Masque Hair Mask
This is my favorite dry shampoo. It's pricey, but worth it. I feel like it actually does what a dry shampoo is supposed to do without any buildup. Like most Kerastase products it smells great!
Fresh Affair Fine Fragrance Dry Shampoo
I like to alertnate shampoos from time to time and this one is always in my rotation. It works great on my fine hair and leaves it nice and shiny.
I pair this with the amino acid shampoo and it's the best combination. I also love that Kiehls products come in refillable containers.
Amino Acid Refillable Conditioner
This is somewhat of a dupe of the Salt and Stone body wash and I love it. It smells amazing and feels clean.
Saltair : Body Wash | Shower Gel
I originally got this from the spa at the Four Seasons Denver. It's something I like to use to make my shower feel like a spa experience. It's also great for when you have a cold/congestion.
Shop ShowerSpa Mist
My daughter and I both use this soap. It's great for rough and bumpy skin, but still mild. I always feel super clean after using it.
CeraVe SA Body Exfoliating Cleanser Bar for Rough & Bumpy Skin- 4.5oz
This buffing bar is no joke. It's a heavy duty buffer and it does the job. I especially like to use this in the summer to exfoliate.
Buffing Bar | Microcrystal Exfoliant for Body
This is a dup for the Soft Services buffing bar. It does practically the same thing, but has a little less exfoliating power.
Salicylic Acid Soap
This is a must have if you have bumps on your arms. I started using this during pregnancy and never stopped. I use it once a week to help exfoliate.
First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA
This is a classic for a reason! It has a nice sunlit grapefruit smell and leaves you feeling clean.
Bath and Shower Refillable Liquid Body Cleanser
This is technically an anti-dandruff shampoo, but it helps with hair loss too! I started using this after pregnancy and still use it a couple times a week.
