We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant while visiting Puebla. We shared the mole tasting and really enjoyed the experience. The bread they serve is amazing. I bought extra to take back with me!

We enjoyed a nice lunch here, sampling a couple of chalupas and then the mole poblano (pollo)

I only spent two days in the area but have some recommendations based on what I saw and would like to go back for.
Fantastic tour of a pottery workshop. We learned about the process and the rules to ensure the certified Talavera product is authentic. I highly recommend this tour. It is also next door to the Talavera pottery museum.
