Santo Wines
One of the best Greek wineries. The best Assyrtiko. Powerful red Mavrotragono (definitely the best Santorini red wine). Interesting wine tour. You can get here bu public bus from the Thira bus station.
Estate Argyros
This is probably my favourite Santorini winery. Their Assyrtiko is just the best from the whole Greece. Interesting wine tasting. Friendly people. You will feel here like a dear guest (not the same feeling in some other popular wineries here).

This one is worth to visit during your stay in Thurs as it's located not far from the city center. Interesting wine tasting sets (both wines from Santorini and Evia).
