Fossil Rim Wildlife Center - Glen Rose, Texas
This is the cutest little town. It’s got lots of fun little shops and places to eat. They had free music the afternoon we were there. The Mexican restaurant had great chips and salsa and the drinks were tasty. The outdoor seating was great.

This is a great way to spend a few hours. Take the safari ride they offer. You get to feed the giraffes- its a cool way for the kids to get up close to them. Go during the spring and in the later fall when it is cool and the animals are out moving around.
