Ijams nature center is one of my favorite places in Knoxville, it has so many great trails with a variety of difficulties. They also host a lot of programs for the public and summer programs for kids.

The Knoxville Botantical Gardens is a great place to go if you just want to get outside without going for a hike and it's also a good place to take pictures.

Lakeshore is super pretty and has a lot of walking paths, and it's a great place to picnic in addition to having a great playground
