Disney has their own services for purchase and if you're wanting the real Disney experience, you'll be thankful for all of these extras included.
If you want t knock out two parks in one day.. you will deff want to purchase the fast passes so that you can skip the long lines on all of the popular rides.
When we went we did not use a travel agent but I totally wish we had. They help SO much because Disney World has turned so digital and it is literally a whole different world there.
