I used to live in Salt Lake City and still go back from time to time. I love trying new and old restaurants when I go and would love to share some amazing spots with you!
My favorite item on the menu is the carbonara, they bring a cheese wheel to your table and cook it in front of you. The wine list is also great with niche options from Italy, France etc.

The paella is to die for, so much food that will last you days. Its a cute little restaurant in a walkable area. I love going here and then walking over to Casot for a dessert wine
