As an EBF mom since August 2024, these are what I swear by to keep me comfortable and my supply up. Disclaimer: not a doctor, just a mom sharing what works for her.

Comfort
These are so soft and comfy. I wear these when I'm out and about and don't want any stains on my clothes.
Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads
I have this exact one. Gift from my baby shower and a lifesaver for the first 6 months of nursing my baby. Kept my arms from going stiff!
My Brest Friend
Supply
I love the citrus scent. I take 2 every day and have been since I gave birth in Aug 2024. Been taking their prenatals months before I conceived.
Postnatal Vitamins
A must have vitamin for babies! I started taking these a month after giving birth in August 2024.
Mom-to-Baby Support | Natal Choline
I've tried a ton of electrolytes but LMNT is my favorite. Lemonade salt is the best flavor and it dissolves well! These are a must esp. on days when I'm not drinking as much water as I should.
Electrolytes | 1,000 mg of Salt
Another essential vitamin for babies. I opted to increase my intake so I wouldn't have to give my son vitamin D drops.
Vitamin D3 + K2 Supplement
I've tried a lot of tumblers and water bottles including Owala, Simple Modern and Stanley, but I love this Powcan one from Amazon the best!!
