Since moving to Las Vegas, I rarely visit the Strip unless I’m attending a concert or showing friends around. It tends to be crowded and loud, so I usually prefer places off the Strip. Honestly, some of the best dining experiences in Vegas are found away from the tourist buzz. There are plenty of incredible, five-star-worthy restaurants scattered throughout the city.
