I know the internet has been buzzing about the raw marinated crab craze and Ondal in Oc carries it! Their rib and octopus casserole dish is also a must have.
Their Braised Beef Back Short Ribs is to die for! You get the option of adding cheese, rice cakes, and noodles. They also bring it out on a cart and fire it up tableside for those that want a little dinner and show vibe haha
Sake House in Ktown La will always have my heart but this place is a solid runner up in orange county. Stir fried octopus with noodles, chicken wings, fried intestines, bossam .. all delicious!
If you are a big pork belly fan, then you gotta try this place! They have set combos of 8 different flavors of pork belly! It also comes with a side of soup big enough for 2-3 and fried rice.

Hands down one of my favorite omakase sushi restaurants to go to! And its near the beach so you can enjoy a nice stroll and burn off everything you just ate. Win-win!
