I'm a big believer of budget makeup - sometimes it's tricky to maneuver because of quality or shades or a bunch of different things but there are some amazing brands out there who are doing quality products while being light on the wallet. (also a lot of the “drugstore” brands and luxury brands have the same manufactures/suppliers so formulas can be similar!)
