Note: if you’ve got amazing knees, still get a pair!! These are a lifesaver even though I’ve got good knees, I still wear them in every workout that I need to because I love the extra support!

This will save your back especially when lifting heavy!! Thank me later!

TWL - TYPHOON BEARING SKIPPING ROPE
If you have a weak grip (like me) but know you can lift heavy then these will be handy to have especially if you trying to hit a PB!

Will need a good pair of runners for them long distance running during the workouts! These are my go to and I love how they are so colourful!

My wrist goes through a lot in the workout so I use these to not put too much pressure on it especially overhead things! Without it my wrist ache in soreness!!
Weightlifting Wrist Wraps
You obviously will need a bag for all your gear! This is the one I have and it’s a 10/10!! Has so many pockets for everything!!
