My Healthy Hair Routine & Hair Recommendations
I get asked all the time how I keep my hair long, healthy, and shiny even with bleach blonde hair. I’ve broken this routine into two sections: “detox day” to deeply cleanse and reset, and “hydrating day” to restore that silky, glossy finish.
In this list, I’m sharing my ride or die shampoos, conditioners, masks, oils, and molecular repair treatments yes, they’re an investment, but 100% worth it for the results. I even included some trial sizes so you can test things out before committing!
Also an FYI - I do the hydrating routine and the Detox routine each once a week. I only wash my hair twice a week. Do not use the detox routine twice a week. But the hydrating shampoo and conditioner you can do twice a week 🤍
