A must have for both recovery and injury prevention. For the best support, look up videos on how to use as KT tape is used differently than normal athletic tape.
KT Tape
Roll out tired and achy muscles. So important for recovery and injury prevention.

My favorite tool in my dance bag. I use this multiple times a day. I love the spiky balls and they feel great when rolling out.

A necessity for any yoga or Pilates class you might take as a supplementary stretching to your dance class.

Save your feet from any and all cramps!! Use before, during, and after class.
Foot Roller
Although the price is high, it is totally worth the investment. I have noticed my muscle recovery is much higher since buying a massage gun.
