Great place for brunch after a night out. Their pancakes are a must try in Montreal.
Arthur's Nosh Bar (Le Cathcart)
I love love love this place for brunch. Their food is gourmet, healthy and delicious. Very nice for a fancy brunch with your friends.

The chicest, coolest, yummiest restaurants in Montreal. The list will grow as I have time to add more of my favs.
Most deli pasta and italian food in general. Great with a night out with the girls or with your friends.
Helena
They have the best focaccia (italian-approved) and most deli pastas in the city.
Bar Bara
Everything that they have lobster-based is deli. They have delicious food year round.
Pincette
French diner with delicious food and great vibes. Their dishes and very polished and full of flavour.
Foiegwa
This restaurant is great for celebrations, a dinner date, taking people out. The it’s on a skyscraper so the view of the city is outstanding. Food is yum-yum!
Hiatus: Franco-Japanese Restaurant
I went here to celebrate my graduation with my parents and it was honestly perfect. Great vibe, good quality meat and fish. Located on a lively street.
Makro par GRINDER
If you are a fan of smoked meat, this place in Montreal is a classic and a must try. You should know, however, that the line to get in is usually long.
Schwartz's Deli
My favourite place for poutine in the city. I love that they are open for 24 hours and they have all kinds of poutines, even with options for vegetarian people. Their portions are big, so be careful what you order.
La Banquise
I feel like the have some of the best quality sushi downtown. All you can eat. The decor is very cool.
Manga Bistro
Pricier ($$$)
This place is one of the best in the city for meat dishes. All their plates are exquisite and you are guaranteed a good time.
Joe Beef
The famous place where Justin Trudeau and Katy Perry were seen on a date. Le Violon’s dishes are well thought out and full of flavour. I loved every single thing I tried.

Iranian cafe with a warm and cozy vibe. Feels like home. Food is abolutely delicious. Laptop friendly.
Cafe Aunja | Montreal
One of my favourite cafes to work.
Beautiful decoration with oranges (so instagrammeable), food is good quality, decent variety of drinks. They are chill about laptops when it’s not very full of people.
SoLIT Café
This is my favourite cafe to work in the Old port. The decor is so original and cute. I’ lowkey jelous of the owner’s cup collection. The cafe is additionally also a jewellry store and a tattoo studio. Laptop friendly.
ArTisane Cafe @ Impact Galerie
This cafe is eclectic, hippie and fun. Located in the heart of the plateau. Has a laptop zone and a laptop-free zone. Food is nutritious.
