I lived in France for a month, these are the places I really recommend you go! These might not be on the most popular itineraries but they are the best spots.

I had a burger here and it WAS AMAZING. The best burger of my life. We just stumbled upon it but I've been dreaming of this restaurant ever since...
LA ROBE DE LA GIRAFE / Tavern / PARIS
This restaurant was soooo good. The best Japanese food I've ever had!
Moshi Moshi
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The crepes were great but the sorbet even better!
Crêperie Beaurepaire
museums
The Louvre is super popular, but this museum is better. It has Monet and Van Gogh and many other beautiful pieces. It's also not as crowded as the Louvre.
Musée d'Orsay
This museum is so pretty! Less known but so gorgeous. It used to be a public pool and then was turned into a museum. There is some Pablo Picasso here too.
La Piscine - Musée d'art et d'industrie André Diligent de Roubaix
This museum is underrated! It has a rich and interesting history!
Musée de l'Hospice Comtesse
A beautiful museum! I went here twice and each time I still marveled. A lot of historical artifacts and beautiful art. There is some Monet and Van Gogh here too!
Palais des Beaux Arts
shops
This isn't just a mall, but a gorgeous piece of architecture!
Galeries Lafayette Haussmann
This was my favorite mall. It had the cutest shops like ones we have in the US but also Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, such cute brands!!
Westfield Euralille
Once again, this isn't just a store but an architectural beauty! I loved simply looking at the building
