Step 1: Cleanse. Salicylic acne wash is mandatory for us acne-prone girlies. This one has been my tried and true for years.

Step 2: Tone. This Korean brand Anua milky toner soothes and preps skin for treatments.

Step 2 add-on: I add this rose water spray to help the hyaluronic acid penetrate the skin better. Not necessary but I like it!

Step 3: Hydrate. Hyaluronic acid serum! This is my favorite as it doesn't irritate my skin. It's also a great price from The Inkey List!

Step 4: Treatment. This 15% Vitamin C serum from The Inkey List will help brighten your skin and get rid of discoloration.

Step 5: Moisturize. As an acne-prone girlie, I LOVE this water cream by the Inkey List. It moisturizes without oil to keep your skin clear.

Step 7: Lock it in. This 100% squalane serum from The Ordinary will lock in all that great hydration and moisturization you've applied.

Step 8: The most important one, SPF! In my opinion, this is the best mineral facial SPF out there. It leaves my skin prepped and ready for makeup. Do not skip sunscreen daily!

Extra: Acne spot treatment. Use this only on a spot or pimple that is aggravating and won't seem to go away. Don't use everywhere or all the time as it can be drying.
