Weightlifting
Don’t let grip be your limiting factor in deadlifts, RDLs, hanging exercises, and other exercises. If your grip is your limiting favor you can’t load your other muscles you are trying to work enough.
You don’t need a super fancy barbell pad but if you want to do hip thrusts (which are amazing) you need a barbell pad.
