If you are not taking creatine, respectfully, what are you doing. You don’t have to be a gym goer to benefit from creatine although it does help with muscles. But it is also good for brain health. I will be taking this for the rest of my life lol.

Fish oil is great for inflation. This is the one I use but I’m sure there are other good ones as well. I also don’t ever eat fish so I need to supplement to get my omega 3s
