I wore this to Disney in October! It was perfect for the weather there. The shorts are sewn in but still have the ability to be pulled down for ease of bathroom.

I bounded as Mike Wazowski for the Mickey Not So Scary Halloween Party! I found this athletic dress on Amazon. I tried both a small and medium, I stuck with the small for a more fitted look. I’m 5’5 and fluctuate between 140-150.
