I am in the process of having 6 lipedema reduction surgeries. These are some of the items I found beneficial. Since each surgery is different, I will indicate in the description what it was helpful for.
Getting comfortable and sleeping after any surgery is tricky! Love this pillow for it's support and adaptability.

Perfect multivitamin to support pre and post op. *Bromelain is super supportive for healing, but beware if you have a pineapple allergy.

I know, weird item to recommend, but these are so much nicer than the ones with the blue plastic-y side. I use those on the floor, etc. This is what the hospital used on the bed and they don't make you all sweaty. We had to get more when we ran out of what they gave us! Pricier, but worth it for sitting or laying on!

Truly waterproof…ask me how I know! It looks great, stays in place, and is saving my lift recliner from damage. I still put down the nice white “chux” pads when leaking is still active. It is washable, but didn't want to take it on and off a bunch.
