It is often said that drugstore make-up is not of the same quality as high-end make-up. However, I have found lots of great makeup under $10 that is great quality. I think that for beginners in makeup, expensive makeup is extremely impractical and unavailable. Primarily because we are still discovering what suits our face and what doesn't. This is my little list of great recommendations.
