Van Cleve Park
Absolutely sick study spot. Connected to Starbucks! ☕️ Bring headphones. 🎧 Main study table in the lobby is perfect place to romanticize your major and pretend you’re in a coming of age movie, but good luck getting a spot after 10am…. 😬
Graduate Hotel
Another great hotel on campus! Perfect for parents who are visiting for family weekend or any out-of-town tailgate guests!
Hampton Inn Minneapolis - University Area Hotel
Awesome study spot in dinkytown. Bonus points if you sign up for a Hennepin County Library card so you can use Libby on your iOS/Kindle device!
Arvonne Fraser Library
FREE activity! Great thing to checkout between classes, meet a friend, etc. They always have super cool visiting exhibits too!
Weisman Art Museum

No notes. Games? Provided. Staff? So friendly and hilarious. Drinks? Affordable. Munchies? Unmatched. Do not miss this one!!!!

JJ’S Poke
This location is better than the stadium village location, if you’re on foot….and/or good at sh!tty parking for 5 minutes 😉
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers
This location is a corporate store — not a licensed store — so yes they take your rewards cards and mobile orders. Better than the dinkytown location IMO (biased). Always tip your baristas! Even rounding up counts 🫶🏻
Starbucks
Literally my favorite coffee shop EVER! ☕️ They have the BEST espresso and amazing vegan and gluten free options. Cash only but they do have an ATM inside. You don’t want to miss this one!
Hard Times Cafe
Great lunch or dinner spot. Whatever you get — make sure to get a side of fries! 🍟
Banh Appetit
Argentinian pizza? Yes please! 🍕 This place is always going to smack and I highly recommend getting flan for dessert 😍
My favorite thing to order is the Sarandara pizza.
