Beginner-friendly houseplants that are easy to care for and hard to kill. Yay!
Forget to water? No prob!
Sansevieria Robusta
The only way to kill these is to overwater. Low light, hardly any water. No problem.
Snake Plant 'Laurentii'
These are very clear communicators. You will visibly, easily see when they need water.
Golden Pothos
Same! Low light, low water - they're happy.
Black ZZ Plant
Oh man. This color. My favorite. Again, Pothos are super clear communicators and easy to understand.
Neon Pothos Plant
These are a tiny bit fussy, but they are super fun to propagate. They'll make lots of babies to separate and plant in another pot and give away.
Chinese Money Plant
THEY DON'T EVEN NEED DIRT, GUYS. I dunk mine in water once a week, and they're great!
Mystery Air Plant Trio
Sorry, another snake plant. This color is just really pretty and unique. Love mine.
Moonshine Snake Plant
BUY ANY POTHOS. Any variety. My top choice for all black thumbed people.
Pothos Marble Queen
No surprises here. Cacti for the low-maintenance win.
Baby Cactus Trio
Hoyas are also pretty chill! Thick, waxy leaves and trails.
Hoya 'Silver Splash'
Low-maintenance. About the only thing you can do wrong is OVER water.
Aloe Vera
This should not be on the list because it is THE most fussy plant I have ever had in my life. However, it is the most beautiful one in the world, and I had to include it BECAUSE JUST LOOK AT IT.
Stromanthe 'Triostar'
I have also found begonias to be pains in the butt, BUT LOOOK. They actually have polka dots. You might kill it, but it will be fun to look at for a while at least!!!!!
Begonia maculata
Fairly chill. This is a prayer plant, so it will physically move its leaves up and down every day. Just kinda fun.
