I've been a vegetarian since I was 5 and have eaten a predominantly plant based diet for about 8 years now. Here are some of the spots I frequent for a good meal in LA.

Fully Vegan
Delicious, fresh, and affordable. I dare you not to order the whole menu.
Araya's Place
Gorgeous space right on the marina. Vibes are 10/10 and their monthly specials are divine. Sit on the patio and look at the boats for a lovely time.
Planta - Vegan Sushi
I could eat here every day. The patio is gorgeous but the food is to die for.
Gracias Madre - Mexican
Natural and organic vegan food in a no frills space. DELICIOUS brunch.
The Grain Cafe
You thought you couldn't eat pizza or pasta now that you're diary free? Think again.
Pura Vita - Italian
Upscale, Italian leaning menu. They put so much thought and care into each menu item and it really shows. I like to go with several friends and order stuff to share so I can try it all.
Crossroads Kitchen
The OG. Always coming out with new and inventive new menu items. I love that they try new things, they have some absolute bangers.
Cafe Gratitude
Vegan Friendly
Breezy, beautiful and delicious. Fully vegetarian, almost entirely vegan.
The Butcher's Daughter
This is my go to place when you have a group with a variety of dietary restrictions. They have a clearly marked menu and subs for almost everything.
Hugo's Restaurant
Fast casual Mexican food in a Cali vibes setting. VERY vegan friendly. Most items start out vegan and you chose your protein and cheese.
Tocaya Organica
Chinese food hotspot with clearly marked and ample vegan options.
The Formosa Cafe
Their vegan fun for 1 deal is DELICIOUS. Obsessed with the Malai Kofta.
Roots Indian Bistro
The Dan Dan Noodles have a cult following, but all of the vegan items are fabulous. The Mapo Tofu and Scallion Pancakes are also faves.
