After using the cleanser, you can use this to moisturize your skin. This is more recommended for NORMAL & DRY SKIN, and less likely to work on oil skin (if you would like a moisturizer kindly refer to other rec) It hydrates your skin very well.
CeraVe - Walgreens
Instead of using micellar water, you can use this cleansing oils to remove you make up. The most effective way for me is the double cleansing. First, the oil. Then, wash with any facial wash that is compatible with the cleansing oils

elf doesn’t only sell make-ups but also skincare. And this is my another holy grail for hydration purposes. So this is super light weight but at them same time it hydrates my skin. So both cetaphil and elf works for me :)
