Finally sharing my go-to list of San Francisco restaurants and bars! It all started with a Google Sheet years ago, documenting where I've eaten, what I liked and didn't care for in the overall experience. As a local who's grown up with a fine humble ...

Go To spot for an after work HH drink. Bar is hard to miss- it’s in the same building as Blue Bottle Coffee. Solid bar for flavorful cocktails and small bites, just in case you get a little hungry sipping on your drink.

Weirdly I just found out that this sits in the “FortMason” neighborhood. As a local I’ve just been saying it sits by Aquatic Park or near Sundae Square. Buena Vista not only serves up some heavy boozy Irish Coffee’s, but a really good patty melt. Unf...

My order: spritz cocktail, buns, cesar salad w/ anchoives, spicy rony w/ fermented garlic honey, + sorbet or ice cream

*Tip*: weekends/weekdays walk-ins w/o resy, arrive @ 5pm. There may be more of a wait on weekends imo. For reservations, RESY will help you with that. How to score a reservation? look everyday at 10pm, or get notified by the app when something opens ...

I'm a sucker for a bar with food. Why? Because I get the munchies when I drink a cocktail or two. A snack before an actual meal, develops a crave for what I actually want my next meal should be.

Bottle Club Pub is a chill spot in the city where the drinks are just as good as the food. They’ve got classic pub bites like smash burgers, fish & chips, and even some solid veggie options — perfect for soaking up a few drinks with friends.

Local Tip: Go early if you want a seat and snag the fish & chips or smashburger — they’re crowd favorites and pair perfectly with a cold beer or a good whiskey.

I was introduced to this bar earlier this year and have visited during a  busy weekend and weekday. Both days, you're able to get a seat and a drink ( that's a plus!). Like any bar, it is loud and you sound like you're yelling, which you probably are.

Local Tip: Try stopping by on a weekday and actually use your inside voice.

With a handful of locations in SF, it gives you a hefty flavorful bahn mi with many options other than a traditional order.
Local Tip: I'd recommend going with a group of people, order different bahn mi's then switch what ½ you'd like to try. Garlic Butter Chicken, Roasted Duck, 5 Spice Chicken etc- see?! too many options, and they all sound so good.

Any given day order a frozen yogurt with baklava or sour cherry sauce. It's so addicting! If I lived near a Souvla, I'd probably be there everyday just for that.

Food is a bit of a hit or miss, imo not the most flavorful Greek food in SF.
