Great even for people who don’t typically love non-fiction! Combines science, sociology, and history without getting too technical. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Everything Is Tuberculosis: History & Persistence
Read this book SO fast. Does get very “sciencey” at certain times but you don’t need to understand all of it to enjoy the book! Amaze amaze amaze. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Project Hail Mary: A Novel
I’m not usually a romance reader, so this was a surprisingly good read for me. Love that it ends with good character development and more than just the characters getting together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Seven Year Slip
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Grace Year
LOVE this book. So many plot twists so early into the book. Kept me on the edge of my seat. If you like sci-fi and dystopian, you’ll love this. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Red Rising
I’m a certified Matt Haig lover. All of his books have a profound meaning to them and always leave me thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
How to Stop Time: A Novel
Dystopian novel that felt more like a glimpse into the near future. Loved the idea of “god is change.” The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that the ending felt abrupt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Parable of the Sower
You can’t help but hope that the title isn’t true. Sad, but 1000% worth the read. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They Both Die at the End: Mortality & Life
If you know me, you know that this is my favorite book of all time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ender's Game (The Ender Saga, 1)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Truly Devious: A Mystery
So many wonderful anecdotes and real-life stories. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
How Far the Light Reaches: Life in Ten Sea Creatures
My first ever Matt Haig book and it changed my perspective on life. Definitely a book I think everyone has to read at least once. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Midnight Library: A GMA Book Club Pick
Good, but I think I would have liked this more after reading The Secret History. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If We Were Villains: A Novel
This was an assigned reading for a class but it had me enraptured. Couldn’t help but feel a profound attachment to the people whose stories were told in this book. A must read, regardless of if you live near Louisiana or not. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
