Don't get completely bent our of shape over your soil health. Usually dirt knows what it's doing! But if you need to add nutrients to your soil, pot seedlings, or fill raised beds, here's what I recommend
Top soil is a great fill soil in pots! It usually drains well and is cheap for raised beds and larger container gardens. Just make sure you mix in compost and/or manure to make sure it has some extra nutrition
