Milk Machine & Accessories

Our small dairy goat farm started with a small affordable hand pump milker, scaled up to a 2 quart milking system, and now use our 2.5 gallon electric milker.

We've got all of the EZ Milking Systems, and hands down these are the best milking systems out there for the small family dairy farm.  Every day during our 6 month milking season, we use this Ultimate EZ with the 2.5 gallon bucket to milk 5 dairy goats (next year will be milking 8 so we've already purchased the 5 gallon bucket as well!) and our 5am milking sessions go flawlessly

We've got all 3 EZ Animal Products milking systems, and we use this Utlimate EZ Bottle Milker for times when a goat is having some issues and may need to be milked separately from the herd (discarding milk), or even if she's the only one being milked... Super convenient!

The Udderly EZ Goat Milker was actually our very first milker we purchased when we had to milk 1 Nigerian Dwarf goat.  This little hand pump does the trick, and is very convenient when you just have 1 small goat to milk, and/or if you have to get somewhere that there is no electricity.  We definitely outgrew the handpump now that we are milking 5 goats (8 next season), but we have to pull this one out on occasion as necessary!  Great place to start if you've just got 1-2 Nigerian Dwarf Goats or first fresheners that are just starting to milk!

Freezing Milk & Accessories

We started freezing milk in 2024 when our supply was slightly over our demand and we couldn't keep up on our own with 2 people consuming how much extra milk we had, so we decided to invest in this USVX Chamber sealer because it can freeze up to 1 qua...

During milking season, we offer a herdshare as well as direct milk sales (we can sell raw milk legally in Nebraska as long as it's a farm pickup), so we have members/customers reserve half gallons or gallons each day from that day's milk received.  Anything over and above the half gallons reserved, will be used by ourselves, or frozen for soap making and/or to sell as frozen quarts for pets.  We chose this USVX Chamber Sealer because it is able to freeze liquids up to a quart, so it's perfect for what we need!

This is the size we use for freezing milk in quarts.  We love that they come in 250 so we don't have to reorder as often!

Jars & Accessories

We package all of our raw goat milk in half gallon mason jars.  Ball jars are our absolute favorite!  We try to pick up jars from a local store but they have been more and more unavailable lately when we need them so Amazon is always our #1 backup when we need some in a rush.

Oh my goodness, THE CUTEST stainless steel milk pail.  It fits one gallon (but exactly one gallon - so you might have to take a sip in order to close the lid).  This is great if you pick up a half gallon weekly and don't want to have to deal with glass mason jars.

Teat Wipes

As a small family farm, cost effectiveness is a priority for us, so although we were completely satisfied with our original teat wipes, it just got so expensive for us with milking 5 goats twice a day so we did some research and decided to purchase a...
