Went here for one of my birthdays - love that it's SF themed. It is outdoors (some indoor options include Holey Moley fka Urban Putt or Subpar in Ghiradelli square). There's also food trucks here and nearby at Spark Social (walking distance).

Karaoke is a classic and Pandora is a great spot to do it at, good service (did my own birthday ting here a couple years back)! You can either reserve a private room or go in the main open area (open to the public).
