Went with the Spectra S1 (recommended by multiple friends), purchased through Aeroflow Breast Pumps site which handles insurance. Also rented a hospital-grade pump through the DC Breastfeeding Center.
We tried this and cerave for J’s eczema - we like this better and it has a better EWG rating. We originally used coconut oil but apparently it’s not a great idea to use food oils for daily moisturizing given potential allergen issues.
