This is a farm resort in Kuje with horse riding, quad bikes, a petting zoo, and food. The kind of place you go for a picnic and end up spending the night.
And yeah, they've got lodging too.

Two hills you can actually climb, with a panoramic view of Abuja waiting for you at the top. Perfect excuse to put your hiking shoes to good use.
Wonderland Twin Peaks

This one is for the unbothered girlies.
Just grab your camping gear to spend a day in a quiet, scenic lake spot that doesn't get nearly enough attention.

BMT African Garden

This is nature in its most raw and peaceful form, about 45 minutes from central Abuja. You can hike, fish, picnic, or just sit by the water and stare into the void.
Usuma Lower Dam

This waterfall is hidden in a satellite town outside Abuja that cascades into a natural pool surrounded by greenery. The hike to get there is a whole experience on its own.
Karshi Waterfall

This is the kind of spot that makes you feel like you discovered something. Honestly might be one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Nigeria.
Karu Waterfalls

A lesser-known quarry lake with strikingly clear blue water tucked away in Bwari. Less crowded than Mpape, arguably more beautiful.
