Oiling your scalp before you wash your hair is key. I enjoy using any oils that contain rosemary and castor oil! Also, before you know it, you’ll start including this in your routine and actually notice a difference, and your hair will thank you!

The first shampoo I recommend you putting on would be something that would target the scalp. For me personally I do get dandruff so I love using this anti-dandruff shampoo that gets rid of dandruff and makes my scalp feel and look clean.
