I get compliments on my skin often. I think stress management, good sleep, and diet help a ton. I wear hats often when I'm in the sun and rash guards when I swim(so I don't have to apply much sunscreen,) if the UV index from the sun is high. I also try to eat an anti-inflammatory diet. There are some supplements I use to help lower stress and to get better sleep. This is a list of the current routine I follow. The base for a good routine is using a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. So, invest in those first. Everything else is extra.
