As if eating gluten free in your own home isn’t hard enough, eating out is next level! I’m constantly on the hunt for new options and I can’t wait to share them with you. (Always check menus for yourself though!)
Pizza has to be one of the things I miss most since having to go gluten free, but Pizza and Pasta Express has saved the day! Their gluten free crust is wonderful, and I highly recommend their homemade ranch for dipping.

Eating out gluten free often means lots of salads and for me leaving still hungry. Chick Fil A’s market salad is a different story! It’s packed with chicken, fruit, nuts, and the most delicious dressing. It’s an easy and yummy quick grab.

Eating out gluten free is so complicated but Texas Roadhouse has the best easy to use allergen menu I’ve seen! You can easily filter by allergen and quickly see what’s available. I personally love their pork, bbq chicken, baked potatoes, sweet potato...

Dining in or curbside pick-up has been a life saver when I want a gluten free meal that isn’t a salad! I love their grilled chicken(such a large portion), broccoli, and smashed potatoes. So yummy!
