My number 1 tip to anyone wanting to breastfeed is to find a GOOD lactation consultant from the very beginning! They’re so knowledgeable and SO helpful when staring out. Most insurances cover lactation too!

If you didn’t already know, you likely can get a pump for FREE through your insurance! I used this site and they were great. They also send replacement parts and milk bags every few months too!
