i woke up one day and decided i was tired of having the most dull hair i’ve ever seen. this is exactly what fixed it. for reference, i have extremely thick, naturally pretty straight hair
step 1: apply this to damp hair (i spray mine with a spray bottle) 20 minutes before showering

step 3: use this after your regular shampoo and conditioner. leave on for 2 minutes - i use this time to wash my face. rinse thoroughly. the softness of your hair will be unmatched.
Dove Hair Intensive Repair Mask
step 4: spray this on damp, towel dried hair before blow drying (it will protect your hair - i recommend blow drying, it results in much softer, less frizzy hair than air drying)
L'Oreal Paris 21-in-1 Leave In Conditioner Spray
step 5: spray 3 pumps into your hand and comb through mids to ends. i do this every morning and night to keep my hair soft. it is very lightweight so for me it does not cause excessive oil/buildup.
