Day One
Here is what we did when we made it into town on night 1!
This pizza place was pretty good! I got the BFG with pepperonis, red onions, and banana peppers😍
The Tomato Head
This farm-fresh soft-serve ice cream was great! I got the chai latte flavor with oreo pieces. The chai was a bit overpowering so if I went back I would do a classic like cookies & cream. They also sell coffee milk which I wanted to try so bad!
Cruze Farm Ice Cream - Downtown Knoxville
Day Two
Here is what we did on our only full day in Knox!
We had to visit the local farmers market! The vendors were so sweet and they had live music.
Market Square Farmers Market – Nourish Knoxville
This restaurant had a stand at the farmers market & they were so sweet! The ham & cheese pastelito was delicious.
Pastelitos Cuban Bakery
Another farmers market find! My friend is gluten free so we had to try some of these pastries! The cookies were great. They have hand pies which were not my fave— I think i’m just not used to gluten free pie crust.
Small Comforts Kitchen
My friend had some clothes to donate, so we went to the Knoxville Plato’s Closet! This Plato’s was so good!
Plato's Closet
This place was so good! Their house sauce is delicious.
MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes
This is the Dick’s Sporting Goods Warehouse. It’s so big!
Going, Going, Gone!
Ok, you can get Cava in many cities, but it’s just so good! The pita chips are everything to me.
CAVA
We met up with friends at Pour Taproom downtown & had a great time!

I saw on TikTok that Casey’s has a jalapeño popper pizza and I was IMMEDIATELY on the hunt. I sadly did not find any by the slice but you can order a small, medium, or large online for pickup!

Day Three
Day 3 was short since we were travelling back!
We stopped by Honeybee on the way out of Knoxville & it was great! I got the s’mores latte— it was so good!
