This is a cheaper option for a leave in conditioner. Be aware that is has protein in it so don't use a bunch of protein containing products with it (protein overload causes breakage).

I highly recommend sleeping with a silk bonnet on no matter what your hair type is! It works a little bit better at protecting you hair than the silk pillow case but can be a little annoying to sleep with.
