This book particularly captures the psychological aspects of humans. How we let our own perceptions, misconceptions and biases affect the way we interact with others. Highly recommend reading this book
Talking to Strangers: What We Should Know
I’m a huge fan of John Maxwell as I was first introduced to his work in graduate school. This is one of his best books; and I was honored my former boss gave me her copy when I left for another position. Worth a read, and a reread ☺️
