winter running is not my fav, but these things make it a little less unpleasant! trick is to dress in lightweight, moisture-wicking layers - you'll be a little cold at first but you'll warm up quick :)
there might be better electrolytes out there, but these are so easy and affordable…hydration is still key even when you're not sweating as much in colder weather!
Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets
super lightweight and neverrrr runs into my eyes once i start sweating. it is a chemical sunscreen but i feel like these are better for runs, idk, and i love the spray (just spray on your hands first, it burns if it drips in your eyes lol)
Coppertone SPORT Sunscreen Spray SPF 30

SPORT-TEK Men's Long Sleeve Competitor Tee
super soft, super stretchy, perfect for cooler race days (wore these with a sports bra and shorts for an october marathon) or under a long sleeve shirt for extra warmth on real cold days!
Arm Sleeves for Men and Women

Feetures Elite Ultra Light Cushion Mini Crew Sock
good lightweight gloves are crucial if you're a cold-handed girl like me. hands still might be a little cold at first but once your body warms up lightweight gloves are key
SIMARI Winter Gloves
i only recommend fleece-lined for the REALLY cold days (like <10F cold), otherwise normal leggings are just fine bc i find my legs warm up before the rest of my body
