I have been making some changes to my shower products, but I'm really loving what I'm using right now!

I recently went back to college as a 23 year old! It's been about 5 years since I was in school so it's been a big adjustment. Here are some things I picked up to make my life a little easier! If we're being honest, the best part of going back to school is so you can buy new school supplies! :)

i'm passionate about my tried and true products that are part of my daily life! from my current skincare I've been using to my water bottle- these are the things that I use every single day :)

when it comes to makeup- I tend to keep it pretty simple! sometimes all I wear is blush lol but when I do go more full-face- these are the products I use! all of them are on the affordable side and honestly work just as well as any high-end products I've tried! :)

as an acne-prone & sensitive skin girly- i'm always looking for skincare products that help treat, heal and prevent breakouts! these are some of my holy grail recs that have made a huge difference in my skin :)

there are few things I love more in life than a little fun bevy! adaptogen drinks, teas, electrolytes etc.

If you've seen my tiktok, then you've probably seen that I went viral (like 23 millions views viral) for learning how to use a period cup! since then- I've found some really great products that work for me and am a huge advocate for reusable period products and items that make dealing with your period easier

things and places I love in Clarksville, Nashville and Franklin! from the farmers markets to live music- there's usually something fun to do!

Soo I'm a little crunchy and try to choose products that limit my exposure to endocrine disruptors! this is where you'll find my favorite low-tox finds that I swear by- from hair care to home stuff, you'll love these recs :)

I'm a huge foodie! but I really do try to eat things that love my body back :) check out a few of my favorite (mostly healthy) snacks & easy to cook foods! I also added a breakfast staples section because I really try to prioritize my protein throughout my day- starting in the morning :)
