We actually loved this island so much we have been back multiple times! You cannot go wrong with a family beach trip.
Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce
Another pretty beach. Super cute and quiet! Unfortunately it was hit by a hurricane, but of course hoping the island will recover soon.
Sanibel Island
My family stayed at this resort in Key Largo twice! Such a peaceful place with lots of restaurants nearby. They also have a pool and paddle boards and kayaks available.
Bay Harbor Lodge and Coconut Bay Resort
The perfect small beach town! Some dog friendly restaurants. Beautiful sunsets.
Cedar Key
They have very unique sand in a great way! A wonderful beach.
Flagler Beach
I actually have a family member that lives here and it’s so beautiful! The community here is so nice.
Ponce Inlet

So fun during winter for cute small holiday town vibes straight out of a Hallmark movie or summer for the gorgeous beach!!
Jekyll Island Club Resort
Highly recommend getting a cabin in the mountains with a beautiful view. Leaves change color here!!
Ellijay
Another cute little town! So nice to walk down the streets, especially during the holidays when it’s all decorated. They even have the “Alpine Coaster” and mini golf!

A gorgeous city with a wonderful community! Great for a couple of nights to walk alongside the river. Lots of fun restaurants.

A cute little town with several easy nature trails to walk! One trail had a waterfall! We also got a cabin in the mountains to enjoy the view.
Saluda
Another cute town. Gorgeous mountain trails with waterfalls!
Bryson City
Tennessee
Beautiful city! Check out Ruby Falls, and lots of hiking trails. It snowed on Christmas Eve when my family went, and it was magical.
