Great places to go and see for a day trip

Digital Wildlife Florida Nature Photography and Nature Trails
Everglades National Park is excellent for a day trip. There are many trails and boardwalks where you can see wildlife up close.

This trail is not very well known but it is really amazing and peaceful.
Castellow Hammock Preserve & Nature Center
It takes at least a few days to see the entire park. This place is huge and very beautiful with unique plants.
Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden
This zoo has done a lot of renovations lately. It is a great place to go and see animals up close.
Zoo Miami
This is an excellent place to go see shows and view monkeys up close.
Monkey Jungle
This is a nice beach with plenty of parking. They do charge for parking so be ready for that.
Crandon Park
This is an award winning spa located in Boca Raton. This place is just beautiful and amazing.

Fun places to go for adults and some for children also
Vizcaya is so beautiful that you can spend the entire day just walking around over there.

This is an excellent museum to discover new things especially for children.
