As someone who struggled with teenage and adult acne, this current routine has left me with positive, lasting results. Following this routine has given me smooth, clear skin. It’s perfect for my combination of dry, oily, sensitive skin types but everyone’s skin is unique, so I hope you find something that also works for you!

These include what outfits I find most comfortable for holding poses in heated settings and what I like to eat/drink beforehand. I provide my tried and true mat recommendations and any other equipment I make sure to have ready for class.

These are the products and places that I swear by for our GSD puppy. With a high energy, working breed we like to make sure he is mentally stimulated and his nutritional needs are met. We spoil him with treats and toys with my favorite ones included here.
