You’ll likely be given these by the hospital but trust me…. You WILL need more
Tucks Medicated Cooling Pads

Upside Down Peri Bottle
Hold the postpartum pouch, prevent leaks, more coverage than the ones the hospital gives.
Disposable Postpartum Boyshorts (8 Pack)
Keep bedside
Lochia is heavy in the beginning. When you finally get some sleep, have peace of mind that you’re not leaking in your bed. Loved having these.
Washable Underpads
As your organs are finding their place again, support feels reallllly nice.
Belly Binder
uterus shrinking = extreme cramps
you’ll reach for this often.
Heating Pad
Milk…. Lots of milk. Get them, or walk around soaked. Your choice.
