This is the tape they used right after surgery to help keep swelling down and for it to keep its shape. I didn’t start using this regularly until a year after surgery to help with random swelling.

After the doctor given meds, I used this for pain control. The pain wasn’t horrible, so I really didn’t need to take many.
TYLENOL® Rapid Release Gels Extra Strength for Pain Relief
Arnica has great pain relief and anti bruising benefits! I started taking these once a day a couple weeks before surgery and after surgery, continuing them until I was not bruised anymore.
