If you're a solopreneur, you need all the help you can get. These are the tools I use. I wouldn't have a business without them. Assume they are all my affiliate links, btw, because the best way to be an affiliate marketer is by promoting what you're ...
I used to go to Google, type in the main keyword, then check People Also Asked and write it down. Then I sould click one of them and write down the new questions that turned up. Rinse and repeat until Zzzzz…
Now I just type in the keyword here and the program does the rest. One-time purchase. No recurring fees. As you can guess, I love this tool.
Never Run Out of Content Ideas
If you pick only one tool, pick this one.
It's superfast and you don't need WordPress. It's a stand-alone script.
It can do much more for your business than just shorteninng the links. It can make linktrees, QR-codes and more. Plus you get to decide the link, so it will always be easy for you to remember your affiliate links.
That's how I easily knew this link and the others I've used for tools.
Premium URL Shortener - Link Shortener, Bio Pages & QR Codes
I bought lifetime access years ago. I've saved thousands of dollars in fees.
Later, ThriveCart added their Learn platform, which means more savings for me. Now I host my courses on Learn+

Advanced self-hosted autoresponder.
I wouldn't be in business without this autoresponder. It can do all kinds of things like segment subscribers, send text only to some subscribers and another text to others.
I use it every day, at least 5 days a week.
It's a one-time payment for the script. After that, you can use Amazon SAS or other to send your emails.
When I had a cloud server, I used my own server.
But I didn't choose this autoresponder to save money. I chose it so I would be in charge and do what I wanted, like knowing who clicked and deleting people who hadn't clicked for six months.
Unless you want to waste your time doing tedious repetitive tasks, you need to add automation.
I love TextBlaze.
It's become my new toy. I've used it to help me on my helpdesk. Every time I replied, I had to type in a greeting and the name of the person who made a ticket.
Not anymore.
TextBlaze grabs the name from the page and when I type my 4-character code, (one I chose) it writes either “Hi” “Hey” or “Hello” and then the name of the person.
It can do so much more… Just try it out.
Text Blaze - automate repeated writing
I've used The Bat! since 1999 except for a short period when I was on a Mac.
This email client does things others are only dreaming about.
It has a strong filtering system. And without any external anti-spam tools, I keep my inbox 99.999% spam free. I could get rid of the last fraction, actually. They get through when somebody pretends to send from my own email address.
You can create templates that will save you hours of your time.

I love AudioPen.
My dog, Nefnef, loves to be on the balcony - but only with me. She's rarely out there alone.
Often, I don't feel like reading and I was actually working when she came to scratch me - or send me one of her cheesy grins which I cannot resist.
So, I take my Android phone with me to the balcony and then I just ramble off what's on my mind.
A few seconds later, I have a shorter, non-rambling and clear text, I can use as inspiration for articles or as short-form content on social media.
Or I can simply grab the transcript, edit it and create an info product.
This one is a winner.
AudioPen | Go from fuzzy thought to clear text. Fast.
I use Notion many times every day.
I have my daily journal there. My task list (I love to check off the fields when I've done a task), my Medium article planning, my Substack newsletter planning, my marketing email planning, my birthday calendar…
And a lot more! I love Notion.
Notion - Where I keep track
Sendy is another self-hosted autoresponder I use.
If you need advanced handling of email, this is not the one. Pick the one I use myself for this, nuevoMailer (see my list).
If you want an easy-to-install and use autoresponder, get Sendy.
